Terminal maintenance can follow the following steps:
1. Usually the punch guide rail of the terminal machine must be lubricated with oil once for 1-2 hours. The fuel hole is on the top of the terminal machine. Do not overfill each time. 2-3 drops is appropriate;
2. Operators must clean the machine daily in order to remove dust and excess oil from the surface of the machine;
3. The final terminal machine main speed bearing must be buttered every week: Open the back cover of the terminal machine → Remove the pulley spring from the moving pulley → Remove the pulley → Hit the butter(evenly applied to the surface of the high-speed bearing) → Restore(Note: Remove the pulley process, Should pay attention to the loss of bearings).
The application of terminal terminals is mainly reflected in the following: in the electrical electronic wiring, when the equipment in the screen is connected to the equipment outside the screen, it must pass through some special terminal terminals. These terminal terminals are combined and called terminal rows. The role of terminal platoons is to connect the lines of the equipment in the screen and the external equipment, and play the role of signal(current voltage) transmission. With terminal row, the connection is beautiful and easy to maintain. The connection between long-distance lines is mainly reliable, and the construction and maintenance are convenient.
Notes for use on terminal machines
1. During the operation, if the machine is abnormal, turn off the power first and ask the mechanic to perform maintenance and debugging in a timely manner.
2. Non-designated personnel are strictly forbidden to debug or dismantle machine parts and components.
3. During the operation, the power supply of the machine is not disconnected, and fingers or any part of the body are prohibited from entering the stamping range so as not to cause an accident at work.
4. During the operation, if you need to leave the job, you must turn off the power before you can leave.
5. When replacing terminals, you must first disconnect the power supply and then perform replacement operations. It is forbidden to replace the machine during operation.
6. During the operation, if there is a terminal stuck in the die, it must be cleared with scissors or pins before continuing to work.
