The wiring terminal has experienced a history of more than 100 years. Some major brands such as Phoenix and Weidemile have emerged internationally. The reliability of brand terminal quality is an important factor in customer selection, but the length of the cycle is also one of the inevitable problems. The domestic terminal manufacturers started late and the development system has not yet been perfected. Although a group of companies have emerged, the quality and technology have yet to be studied. In the process of internationalization, the domestic terminal gradually goes out of the country. If the company wants to go more firmly and farther, it will be recognized by international customers, and it will be necessary to improve product quality and reduce the rate of defective products.

Manufacturing companies should focus on the following three areas to help ensure that the quality of products in global supply chains does not become a problem:
1. Continuous assessment. Risk and compliance need to be managed continuously in extended business relationships, but normally these relationships are subject to close scrutiny only at the outset. This is not insurance and risks should be continuously assessed over the life cycle of the business relationship, so there is a need to ensure that all processes are in place and can be continuously assessed. These risks may vary from partner to partner and should be considered accordingly. They also need to continuously assess the legal and regulatory issues in different markets, not just the markets in which companies are located. The most important thing is to solve the problems as soon as possible. All relationships will be difficult to deal with. If they are allowed to exist, they may eventually become serious accidents.
2. Cooperation with standards and testing organizations. Cooperating with product-related testing and standardization organizations is like giving the product an early dose of prevention: it helps to avoid quality problems by ensuring that junction terminal products meet international and national standards, as well as those of specific trading partner countries. The timing of the engagement is of course the earlier the better, and consideration should be given to starting collaboration with these organizations at the design stage. Finally, don't forget to deal well with standards and test organizations in the country or region where the enterprise produces and manufactures.
3. Technology. It is strongly recommended to consider the use of technology to achieve closed-loop quality of all manufacturing equipment in the network. When they are effectively assembled as part of a closed-loop quality process, they can actively monitor events in any enterprise source so that the quality management system can identify potential problems before they occur. Enterprise sources that need to be monitored include supplier problems, manufacturing sub-standards, complaints, services and audits(local and global).
Introduce production equipment, improve production processes, link quality management systems to manufacturing implementation systems(MES), adopt quality programmes such as the Six Sigma theory, implement lean production, and comply with company and industry regulations, Continuous improvement of product quality and reduction of the probability of undesirable products is a reference means for domestic terminal enterprises to improve product quality.
