"People are connected by intangible feelings, and industrial interconnection needs to be achieved through reliable contact, through mechanical and mechanical or mechanical and non-mechanical connections. "Mr. Jianghongtao vividly portrayed the important role of connectors in industrial production at the beginning of the interview. Traditional lamps and lanterns must have switches to control the light switch. However, with the development of society and the evolution of technology, the requirements of smart homes have been continuously improved. Intelligent lighting should be shipped: the moment when the home is opened, the ground light is automatically lit by induction or interconnection., Through infrared sensors, temperature sensors, sound sensors and other sensors to carry out signal control, so that people's home life is more convenient, fast, comfortable, but also make life more intelligent, energy-saving, Humanized.
According to the small editor, connectors produced by TE focused on interconnection and connection play a key role in intelligent lighting. Jianghongtao said, "As long as power control and signal control of smart buildings are involved, they are closely related to TE., In the interconnected world of intelligent lighting, connectors are indispensable. "
A few days ago, the government advocated the establishment of an environmentally friendly society. The energy conservation and environmental protection development of lighting lamps have become the mainstream trend in the future. As a new generation of energy-saving light sources, the future development of LED lighting is very bright. As traditional incandescent lamps gradually withdraw from the lighting market, the development of the LED lighting market is expanding, and technological upgrading is also accelerating. It is understood that LED packaging will become smaller and smaller, and LED chip manufacturers will also report that LED products will become smaller and smaller, but the fluency is getting bigger. The power is getting bigger and bigger. In this regard, Jianghongtao pointed out that if the connection in the light bulb is not reliable, the contact resistance of the connection will be greater, the heat will increase, the unit area will become hotter, the temperature will continue to rise, and the safety potential is very large, and TE provides efficient reliability. Connectors, Make the parts in the bulb tightly connected, thus improving the heat dissipation, so that the LED product connection performance is more reliable.
"The heat of the LED lamp itself is a double-edged sword. The more heat it emits, the greater the brightness of the light, and the greater the safety hazard it causes. If there is no good cooling system, the impact will not only be the extinguishing of the light., more likely to cause explosion danger, So safe and reliable connectors are very important for lighting appliances. He further emphasized, "In LED lamps, heat dissipation is a system. The radiator is attached to the surface. If the product itself is uneven, it will cause heat dissipation problems, and our product is improved from the source according to standards. The safety hidden danger of heat dissipation is reduced from the plane degree and reflectance surface design of the product. "
